Under 100 Weekly attendees: £210
100-300 Weekly attendees: £260
301+ Weekly attendees: £310

The generosity of current network churches means we’re able to offer sponsored introductory years for churches who are struggling financially and need help joining the network. We can offer those churches a 50% sponsorship of the full cost for their first year, and 25% of the full cost in year two. (So churches taking up the sponsorship will pay 50% of the full price in year one 75% in year two and full price from year three onwards.) We hope this allows more churches looking to create a church that unchurched people love in their community to join the network. If you don’t need this sponsorship, then there will be an option to let us know, so we can pass that generosity on to another church!

Lead Pastor bespoke ‘barrier breaking’ Call Groups
Monthly calls with other network leaders serving church communities facing similar growth barriers as you. Whether it’s wrestling with how to grow your preaching team with communicators who speak with unchurched people in mind or unpacking how to facilitate discipleship over multiple services or locations this is a place to get practical and be stretched as you grow your church by reaching unchurched people.

Five Foundations Course – 6 sessions (Year 1)
We’ve observed that churches within our network both here in the UK and Ireland and around the globe, that are currently growing by reaching unchurched people, share some common foundational principles. In these sessions we’ll explore those principles.

Challenge of Change Course – 6 sessions(Year 2)
The challenge of change is a present reality for every church community who are seeking a great impact with unchurched people in their community. These sessions walk through that challenge and how to meet it with courage, grace and some practical tools.

Access to LP WhatsApp community group
Full of stories of life change, honest questions and helpful answers this is the place to keep up to date day to day with other network church leaders. Share resources and ideas, be inspired by stories and share your challenges with people who get what you’re going through, and might even be able to help you. Be warned, you’ll need to set a screen time limit on your devise to keep you away from this one!

Full Access to ICN Content Site (Brandfolder)

1-1 Coaching opportunity with global & local ministry experts
Facing a particular challenge or focusing on a specific opportunity then we’d love to hook you and your team up with a ministry expert who might be able to help you go further faster, either from our network here in the UK and Ireland or from a partner network from around the world. Churches have had zoom coaching calls for kids and youth teams, visits from international leaders for church away days and even entered into long term partnerships with each other for specific projects like the launch of a new church app or small group curriculum.

Currently hosted across North America, this gathering from lead pastors from around the world is deeply relational, good for the soul and a great opportunity to “work on it” and not just “in it”. This event draws well know experts from around the world as it’s keynote speakers. Previous years have included people like Pete Scazzero, John Ortberg and Andy Stanley,

What use to be North Point Community churches famous “Drive Conference” This event is now exclusively for network churches and their teams from around the globe. This is a memorable way of “catching the bug” which is likely to leave anyone in attendance ruined for doing church any other way than with unchurched people in mind. Great fun, great food and content, worship and connections that’ll have you filling up a suitcase of notebooks, this isn’t one to miss.

Once a year every lead pastor from every network churches across the UK and Ireland get together to connect, learn and inspire one another to continue creating churched unchurched people love in each of our unique contexts. Known for it’s genuinely practical and innovative content, these events are part challenge and a whole lot of friendship.

You may have attended one of our nation wide conferences, did you know we have an exclusive partner day following that event? It’s the best kept secret you and you’re in for a treat! With more opportunity for ideas exchange, questions for world class keynote speakers and the more of everything you loved from the day before this is another memorable way to work on it with your team, when so much time is spent caught in the whirlwind of day to day ministry.

Shape the network in this retreat day so together we can keep making this community and it’s offerings better for churches in, and entering into, the network. Monthly How to Hubs Plus (stay for a partner exclusive Q&A)
Super practical “How to” Webinars for a wide range of church ministry topics, from creating teaching series to leading great meetings to increasing your churches impact online. These are great places to invite other church leaders who aren’t currently in the network and as a practical tool for other members of you staff or volunteer teams. These are always followed by a network exclusive Q+A with that months guest.

Further Faster LP & Team Regional Hub gatherings
The network is as big as the world and as small as your region. These regional gatherings are both an important opportunity for you and your church team to connect with leaders who’re creating churches unchurched people love in your area and context so together you can go further faster. They’re also a great opportunity for you to share this network with other leaders your know from your community who might benefit from the network. Church leadership isn’t easy, we hope these regional events will help you to have some friends close to home to do the journey with!

Ministry Area Retreats for staff & volunteers in family & adult ministry (annual)
A foundational principle shared by network churches is that they prioritise the next generation, because the faith of our young people is worth everything to us! That’s why we gather leaders serving kids and young people from across the UK and Ireland to share ideas, build community and learn together. When we do, we’ve found we all get better.

Working Genius team days (just pay for you assessment cost – £18)
We have qualified working genius coaches who will facilitate the table groups revolutionary assessment and teaching with you and your team. If you’ve ever felt like your team isn’t running optimally or theirs rooms to sharpen up this is the best tool we’ve found to help teams work together better.

Align onsite visit
Alignment is critical to forward momentum, this course for your entire team is facilitated by a trained coach and is aimed at helping you foster a greater sense of alignment around creating a church that unchurched people love within your team and wider community.

Strat-Ops team days
Strategic operations, is a course for your team to work on the practical stuff of organisational life. Tune up your processes, and smooth out the bumps in how you do what you do. It’s like a service for your car. It’s worth slowing down for a moment so you can go further faster from this point on.
